Sources of water pollution sources and causes of water pollution:

1-waste cause huge water pollution with their activities. This comes mainly from: sulfur - and this is a non-metallic material that is harmful to marine life. Industrial pollution

2-asbestos - these pollutants can cause cancer properties. When inhaled, may cause diseases such as cirrhosis and several types of cancer.

3-phosphate have been found in these nitrates and fertilizers, and are often washed from the soil into neighboring water bodies. It can cause saturation of food, which can be very problematic in marine environments.

4-oils is a thick layer on the surface of the water, because they do not dissolve in water. This may stop marine plants receive enough light for photosynthesis. It is also harmful to fish and seabirds. A classic example is the BP oil spill in 2012 killed along with thousands of animal species.
